Membership Information

Therapy Animals of San Antonio is an all volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. We bring people together who share a common interest in offering high quality human animal interactions to vulnerable persons in the greater San Antonio area.

We are an inclusive organization that recognizes there is strength in diversity and honors the gifts each Volunteer brings to the collective whole. Anyone interested in supporting Therapy Animals of San Antonio is welcome to join our group. You do not have to have an animal to join.

The many ways that you can participate as an active member supporting the mission of bringing people and animals together for healing include becoming a therapy team with your pet, helping with events and presentations, working at evaluations, supporting community outreach, and engaging in other support activities. 

We offer membership for volunteers and for volunteers seeking to become therapy teams.
