When did you and Beaux become a team? – September 30, 2017.
What other partners have you had? – First time therapy team. Beaux is our 3rd Boxer in the past 24 years. Duke 12 years, Lily 9.5 years and Beaux 2 years.
In what type of facility are you visiting? – High school special needs.
In what other Therapy Animals activities do you and your partner participate? – De-stressors and conventions.
Tell us something about your partner that we may not know. – We live at a 55+ community (Watercrest at the Dominion) and Beaux is a “Rock Star” with the residents and staff.
What Therapy Animals leadership position(s) do you currently have? – None.
What other leadership positions have you had? – None.
Tell us something about yourself that we may not know. – Retired USMC Reserve. 36 years of service. 8 years active duty, 28 years in the Reserves. Also, 18 years working at nuclear power plants as a Business Manager.
